Facilities

Do I have to have an ID to enter, even if I’m clearly over 21?

You must present a Valid ID if requested by staff to prove age.

Are Minors Permitted?

Guests under the legal drinking age are permitted at Neighbors. Underage guests may only be seated at the bar if they are accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Do you have WI-FI?

Yes, Neighbors offers free Wi-Fi to all guest!

Are you open on holidays?

We are open 363 days a year. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, Cleveland Health Department rules do not allow pets and emotional support animals in our establishment. Service animals trained to assist with a disability are welcome.

RESERVATIONS

How do I book an event?

You can submit a request for an event on our events page. Simply provide some information about your event, and we will respond as soon as the request is received to help you book your gathering. Request Event here.

Can I buyout the space for a private event?

When is Happy Hour?

11am – 7pm, Monday through Sunday.

Does the Neighbors offer vegetarian dishes?

We want every guest at Neighbors to feel welcome. Our kitchen is always happy to prepare a vegetable-based dish for any guest who requests one. Please talk with your server about what our kitchen can offer you.

Gift Cards

Does neighbors offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available for purchase here. We also offer traditional physical gift cards in store.

Can I check the balance of an existing gift card?

Yes! Click here to enter your Gift Card Number to check the balance.

LOST & FOUND

What if I accidentally leave my belonging(s) at Neighbors?

PLEASE STOP BY THE BAR ANY DAY AND ASK THE BARTENDER TO CHECK OUR LOST & FOUND INVENTORY FOR YOUR ITEM.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS LEFT AT THE BAR… STOP BY ANYTIME WE ARE OPEN AND THE BARTENDER ON DUTY CAN CHECK FOR YOUR MISPLACED CARD, IF WE HAVE IT, IT WILL BE ON FILE BEHIND THE BAR AND THE BARTENDER CAN RETURN IT TO YOU.

PLEASE BRING PROPER ID MATCHING THE NAME ON THE CARD TO RETRIEVE ANY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Credit Card Charge Inquiries

What if I have a credit card
charge inquiry?

For Credit Card Charge inquiries, please allow two business days for your bank to settle all pending charges. If charges are still not correct, please email info@neighborscle.com and send us the last 4 digits of your card along with any extra information so we can correct any errors.

Where is the nearest parking to Neighbors?

Situated within the Puritas Plaza, Neighors benefits from ample parking. You can enter the parking lot from both Puritas Avenue and W 150th St.
